Class Overview:
Pre-Ballet (Ages 4-6): A gentle introduction to the basics of dance and movement in a playful, supportive atmosphere.
Elementary Ballet (Ages 6-8): Building on foundational skills, these classes introduce basic ballet techniques and focus on rhythm and expression.
Grade I – III Ballet (Ages 8-10): A class for more advanced students, focusing on posture, poise, and choreography.

Meet Paula
I began my ballet journey at the age of three, training in Ponferrada, León, Madrid, and Dublin. With a Level 8 certification from the Royal Academy of Dance, I have a solid technical foundation. My experience includes performing with the Inquedanza company in acclaimed works like Avemundi Luminar, where we received enthusiastic responses from audiences, including winning the Audience Award at Teatro La Vaguada in Madrid. Although I have a background in journalism, my true passion lies in teaching ballet to children, inspiring them to express themselves through dance.
